LIMITED WARRANTY
Akbik Inc. is committed to exceptional craftsmanship and the highest quality materials. Each piece is individually
handcrafted and made to order, reflecting a balance of artistry, precision, and timeless design.
Coverage
• Structural integrity of the frame
• Manufacturing defects in workmanship
• Defects in materials under normal residential use
At our sole discretion, Akbik will repair or replace any item determined to have a qualifying defect.
Natural Materials & Craftsmanship
Each Akbik piece is crafted from natural materials and will exhibit unique variations in color, grain, texture, and
patina. Subtle movement, expansion, or settling may also occur over time.
These characteristics are inherent to solid wood and handcrafted materials and are not considered defects, but
rather hallmarks of authentic, finely crafted luxury furniture.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
• All custom and made-to-order items are final sale
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
What Is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or damage resulting from use
• Improper handling, installation, or storage
• Damage caused by third-party shipping or handling
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight
• Customer-supplied materials or post-production modifications
Shipping & Delivery
All items must be carefully inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or shipping-related concerns must be
reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Remedy Limitation
Akbik’s responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement. Akbik shall not be held liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or delays due to international logistics, customs, or transportation
disruptions.
Care & Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance are the responsibility of the client. Care guidelines are available upon request.

are part of what make every piece unique, enduring, and truly one of a kind.
